Crate washers are ideally required in industries where innumerable crates are used on daily basis. The Crate washers are high-pressure machine that cleans the Crates/Bins from Dirt, Oil, Grease and other contaminants. These machines are equipped with either Detergent wash zone or Hot water zone according to the requirement in order to achieve superior cleaning quality. After washing the crates/bins are rinsed off in a Rinse zone which is also the part of Crate Washer.
Crate washers are highly sustainable as they are used as Water recycling system effectively that reduces water consumption by reusing fresh rinse water in other cleaning phases. The machine collects the rinse water to make it available either for a pre-washing or cleaning phase. As a result, the machine consumes significantly less freshwater in both these phases.

Pallet washers are industrial washing solution for washing Plastic wallets , Wooden Pallets etc in large numbers. Pallet washers can be supplied as manually loaded units or as a complete system. Pallets and containers become contaminated with everything from light or heavy oils, machine coolants, chips or other contaminants that are introduced during the manufacturing process.
Generally the machines function by automatically de-stacking and restacking pallets. They are re-circulated washing systems which have a range of filtration options, making them highly efficient. It also minimises the utility and energy usage.
Various wash cycles are available such as pre-washing, hot detergent wash, final rinse, sanitising rinse and air knife blower systems.
